Gentle, accessible, and uplifting movement for residents of all abilities — supporting physical and emotional wellbeing through seated movement, mindful stretching, and calming yogic breathwork.

Regular practice can help improve mobility, circulation, posture, flexibility, relaxation, and overall wellbeing — while creating moments of connection, joy, and calm. I have experience supporting disabled individuals and those living with dementia, and I am fully insured with an Enhanced DBS check and recognised as a Dementia Friend.
