A typical programme runs from 9:00am – 2:30pm and can include herbal tea welcome, gentle mindful stretching and flowing yoga, alignment-focused movement, pranayama, nourishing satvik breakfast and traditional Indian lunch, and a restorative sound bath or Yoga Nidra session.
