Your journey begins with a soothing herbal tea, followed by an introductory asana series and a deeper Hatha Yoga practice. You’ll explore mindful alignment and adjustments, alongside calming pranayama (breathwork) to restore balance and inner peace.

Enjoy a lovingly prepared homemade satvik Indian breakfast and a wholesome traditional Indian lunch, philosophy and discussion, and end the day with a deeply restorative sound bath and Yoga Nidra — leaving you grounded, refreshed, and uplifted.
